Kjersti Enderson Associate Chiropractor

Dr Kjersti Enderson

Associate Chiropractor

 Dr Kjersti Enderson is an experienced chiropractor with a special interest in women’s and children’s health. She holds post-graduate qualifications in paediatrics and is certified in Applied Kinesiology, Sacro Occipital Technic and Neuro-Emotional Technique. Kjersti takes a holistic approach to care, addressing the physical, chemical, and emotional aspects of health. Her aim is to support the whole person by understanding how each system in the body connects and influences overall wellbeing. Kjersti is a highly skilled manual adjuster and has an inherent understanding of body systems and musculoskeletal pain. Kjersti provides effective, empathetic and excellent healthcare and is a highly valuable member of the Insight Health & Chiropractic team. 

Kjersti graduated from Macquarie University in 2005 and spent over 13 years in Western Australia, working in both busy multidisciplinary practices in Perth and running her own clinic in regional WA. Now based back in NSW, Kjersti is enjoying reconnecting with the East Coast and local community.

Dr Fred Clad

Associate Chiropractor

Dr Fred Clad brings over 30 years of international experience to the Insight Health & Chiropractic team, having practiced in the USA, UK, and Australia. He has a particular interest in caring for people with chronic and complex spinal conditions, including sciatica, spinal degeneration, and low back pain. Fred’s approach is hands-on, caring, and practical; he loves a loud shirt and is friendly to all. He combines gentle manual techniques with his love for engineering and fabrication – Fred has many tools in his trade box and loves to use the latest high-tech gadgets in clinical practice. With an approach that includes supportive lifestyle advice alongside the patient’s commitment to wellness chiropractic care, Fred is a passionate advocate for “turning the power on”! 

When he’s not in the clinic, Fred enjoys ocean swimming, motorsports, and designing products related to health, sport, and education.

Dr Katie De Luca

Principal Chiropractor

Katie de Luca, PhD, is the Principal Chiropractor at Insight Health & Chiropractic. She is an Associate Professor in the Chiropractic program at CQUniversity in Brisbane and a Sports and Exercise Chiropractor (Fellow, AICE). With a strong commitment to evidence-based, ethical care, Katie supports individuals across all stages of life—from young athletes to older adults. She takes an active care approach, often prescribing exercise and physical acivity, providing manual therapies and low force techniques, and works closely with  general practitioners for  integrative management of her patients. 

Katie’s background in research and leadership is extensive. She has authored over 80 peer-reviewed publications and regularly presents at national and international conferences. Her key research interests include musculoskeletal healthcare, healthy ageing, and global epidemiology of spine-related conditions. She currently chairs both the World Federation of Chiropractic’s Disability and Rehabilitation Committee and the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic. 

Outside the clinic and university, Katie is passionate about sport and the outdoors. She has worked with state-level netball, soccer, and cricket teams, and at major sporting events such as the World Masters Games. Katie, her husband, and their three children enjoy travelling around Australia and exploring its many natural wonders.
